The location is very convenient for my purposes, close to the ministry I work with and not too far from central areas. Close by, here is a supermarket and a nice seafood restaurant which is also very cheap. The wifi was very good and reliable, the room was very spacious and had a living room and a bedroom

The food was very good and I loved the fact that while I was half board I was able to flip between evening meal or a lunch, which really worked for me as I was out for long hours

Almost everything. The reception staff was so courteous and welcoming. They gave us a very nice room with a lovely view as we were travelling to riyadh first time. A gentleman at reception, i think his name was Khalid, was so warm and helpful. Best part especially for indians is that it is just next to Lulu hypermarket which has sarvana bhavan restaurent.

-Great location. There are supermarket, restaurants, bus station nearby. -Hospitable and friendly staff. Always happy to help. -Breakfast is not bad.

One of the Best hotel for its rating. The hotel had almost everything I needed ( shaving kit, dryer , slippers , iron , etc ) Also , my room was so spacious , my bed was so soft and comfortable I could sleep all day. Also , The hotel was value for money, not too expensive . There is restaurant and coffee shop at the lobby. It is close to Lulu hypermarket and other establishments. I'll definitely go back again if time permits.

You can easily get a taxi the moment you step out of hotel. There are food and coffee outlets nearby. There is also a simple shopping mall with a big supermarket and many food outlets within 2 or 3 mins walks away. The staff's attitude is positive and they are polite. Special mention to Mr. Ibrahim at the reception counter. My compliments to him. He speaks fluent English; hence it was easy to communicate with him. I find him helpful and patient and he made the stay more pleasant.

1 The reception staff specially Mr Ebrahim, Mr Rizk and Mr Ahmad were very cooperative. 2. The concierge and house keeping boys were helpful. 3, The restaurant staff was exceptional.

The rooms were very spacious - but we did also receive an upgrade to a Junior Suite Wi-Fi was good - particularly in the rooms (had to change rooms because of a noisy fan,, and in that room (room 314) the wifi was none-existing) Staff was very accommodating - even gave us permission to come back late in the day on check-out day to catch a shower before we headed on our past midnight flight out of Riyadh
